Bereavement Packages
Bereavement packages are available in a wide range of personalized and generic options, and are provided at no
cost as our gift to you or your loved one. They make a wonderful gift for coworkers,
neighbors, family and friends who are grieving the loss of a loved one. They can also
be requested for yourself or your immediate family, to provide help in the loss of
a loved one.
Each bereavement package contains a framed plaque, along with a selection of bereavement related materials. Packages are available in both personalized and non-personalized varieties, and the options are listed below.
Once you have chosen a package listed below that will work for your needs, you may request a bereavement package.
Personalized Options
The following packages can be personalized with any or all of the following: name, custom photo/image, and remembrance dates. You also have the opportunity to choose from a selection of stock imagery to be used in lieu of a photo you provide.

Loss of a Child
Includes a personalized memoriam plaque with the child’s name, picture and remembrance dates placed next to the poem, Child of Mine. Any age is appropriate for this plaque. This package comes with a selection of grief recovery materials. The memoriam plaque will be framed and matted in an 8"x10" wall frame.

Loss of a Parent
Includes a personalized memoriam plaque with the parent's name, picture and remembrance dates placed next to the appropriate poem, Father of Mine or Mother of Mine. This package includes a variety of bereavement materials. The memoriam plaque will be framed and matted in an 8"x10" wall frame.

Loss of a Sibling
Includes a personalized memoriam plaque with the sibling’s name, picture and remembrance dates placed next to the appropriate poem, Brother of Mine or Sister of Mine. This package includes a variety of bereavement materials. The memoriam plaque will be framed and matted in an 8"x10" wall frame.
